      Ok,I have no clue what the repies below have been smoking... You can chose the output VOLTAGE to whatever you like from 1.25V - 35V as long as you have an input ANYWHERE BETWEEN 3.8V - 32V. Example: IN-3.8v Out-35v IN-8.2v Out-16.3v IN-32v Out-1.25v. It is a buck AND boost converter and it doesn't care if the input voltage is fluctuating, the output should remain stable in real time no matter what you set it to.
