This UBEC looks good and is small and light. I bench-tested it and it works as expected: at 4Amps output decreases to 4.86V (-2,8%). At 5 Amps Vout goes down to 4,8 (-4%) but it is still stable. Above 5 voltage drops fast. Overload protection works well.
Under charge the heat is reasonable, but I recommend to place it in a ventilated place. At the end. I think it can be placed in models with 4+ servos and give a good service.Comments (1)Show Original -

Nice clean output, measured about 2mV of ripple at 2A load, same at 1A. With 2A continuous it barely gets warm.
