This is a great instrument. It is normal for any product to have occasional problems and in my case one LED was not working. Note to get it into WebCam mode it needs to be turned off when plugging in to Mac and Mac not running anything that is trying to use the WebCam, then power up the microscope, then start your chosen Mac application that uses a WebCam. When in WebCam mode the microscope remote and menus don’t work. Tested with Zoom, OBS, MultiCam and ManyCam.
