I was hoping a $30 salt water test unit would be reasonably accurate for water testing.
I have an accurate photometer and tested the pH which showed pH 7.4 on the unit just purchased, but the photometer read pH 8.18. I now have two "5 in 1 Pool Salt Testers" and unfortunately, they're next to useless - in my opinion.
